The KRAKEN Terrain Light is the ultimate long range hunting rifle. This hunting rifle is designed to meet the needs of both long range shooters and hunters alike. The barrel contour allows for stability and heat dispensation but still light enough (6 lbs) to pack into a remote area. Jewel or Trigger Tech triggers are adjustable from 2 lbs to 3 lbs. Pillar Glass bedded terrain style stock (38 oz). Select a custom color and make it your own with cerakote finish on all metal parts.

CRAK’N Terrain Light Rifle Specs
We guarantee that every rifle we produce will shoot 1/2″ MOA at 100 yards in 30 caliber or smaller and 1″ MOA at 100 yards anything over 30 caliber. We shoot ever rifle before it leaves our facility. Then we send you a copy of the target shot with your rifle, complete with load data or factory ammunition used. We don’t ship the rifle if it does not meet our accuracy guarantee. Period.

- Triggers: We utilize Trigger Tech Triggers. These are the cleanest breaking triggers on the market today. There is no creep or drag, fully adjustable from 1.5 oz to 3 lbs.
- Calibers: 6.5 PRC, 7mm PRC, 300 PRC, 6.8 Western (Call for more caliber options).
- Actions: Defiance Machine AnTi or Mac Bros EVO II Titanium action.
- Barrel: Select match grade cut-rifled Proof Research barrel 20″ – 26″.
- Finish: All metal parts cerakote color finish of your choice.
- Stock: 38 oz Actions and barrels are custom fitted to each individual stock.

Defiance Machine AnTi Action

MAC Bros EVO II Titanium Action
The Mack Brothers EVO II Titanium action is made from a 6Al-4V titanium alloy, reducing the weight of a standard Rem. 700 SA receiver by 35%. Each action is cut utilizing advanced wire EDM technology for precision tolerances and reduced internal residual stress on the action compared to traditional machining.
MAC Bros EVO II Stainless Steel Action
The Mack Brothers EVO stainless action is made from heat treated 416SS. Each action comes with a self-indexing recoil lug, complete bolt, and a 20 MOA Picatinny rail. The enhanced recoil lug adds thread length for more contact with the barrel and increased overall precision in your rifle. The 20 MOA Picatinny rail can easily be removed for the hole alignment to be compatible with a set of front Remington rings for complete customization. Other features include a streamlined external bolt stop located above the stock line and an integral trigger hanger system for ease of assembly and enhanced trigger repeat-ability in the field.

First off, I would like to say “wow” awesome rifle! When I first started looking for a custom rifle I was overwhelmed at the possibilities. I knew I wanted a 6.5 Creedmoor but wasn’t sure from who. One of my best friends and hunting buddies told me about In-Rut Rifles and that he had ordered one in 308 Remington. At the time it hadn’t come in but he said that “those guys were very responsive and knowledgeable.
So on his word I called them up. I spoke with Mark and if was as if I’d known him forever. We talked about what I wanted and what I would do with it. I decided on the 6.5 non-typical. I had explained my upcoming trip to Africa and time was of the essence. With that being said they agreed they could make it work in my time frame.
Moving forward I got my rifle in plenty of time for my African hunt so I went to the range and it shot perfectly. At 200 yards I was getting 3/4” groups with custom loaded 143 Hornady ELDX. I topped it with a Nightforce scope and it was perfectly balanced.
When I got to Africa my PH told me I didn’t have enough rifle but 10 days and 9 animals later I proved him wrong. I’ve since killed several wild hogs at well over 300 yards and whitetails as well. I have 14 various caliber rifles custom and factory but my In-Rut Rifle is by far the most balanced and accurate.
